Yoga Classes
Yoga combines gentle movements, breathing, and relaxation to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm – whether you are a beginner or experienced.
Yoga activates the body’s natural rest-and-recovery system while calming the stressed ‘fight-or-flight’ state. It can lower the stress hormone cortisol, improve sleep, and create a profound sense of relaxation.
Yoga at Clinic Peace
As a yoga teacher, physiotherapist, and headache specialist, I integrate the principles of yoga into both my treatments and classes. I have immersed myself in the philosophy of yoga and in how it supports the body’s natural ability to find balance and recover. This knowledge allows me to bring yoga’s principles into each client’s journey.
Yoga is more than physical exercises – it is a breathing space where you can slow down, find calm, and create small changes that make a big difference over time.
I offer:

YIN BODY RELEASE & MEDITATION
Through a combination of Yin yoga, fascia release techniques, and guided meditation, we explore gentle but deep ways to release tension and create ease in both body and mind.
Classes are guided in English.

YIN YOGA
Calm and grounding classes where long, gentle stretches work into the fascia and joints, while the breath helps the nervous system settle. A practice that supports mobility, inner balance, and a moment of restoration in a busy everyday life.
Classes are guided in Danish.

This class is something truly special—something I have created from my own experience and knowledge, combining yoga, breathwork, and self-massage with my background in physiotherapy and headache disorders.
