As both a Yoga teacher and physiotherapist, I ensure a safe and supportive environment, guiding you with gentle hands-on assistance and offering alternative asanas when needed—so the practice suits your body’s unique needs.
We incorporate a combination of asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation.
